Artichoke Parmesan Bruschetta Appetizers

Artichoke Parmesan Bruschetta


1 (6 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup finely chopped red or white onion
5-6 tablespoons mayonnaise
French bread baguette, sliced into 1/3-inch thick rounds

1. Mix mayonnaise with artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese and onion.

2. Preheat broiler

3. Spread mix on top of French bread rounds

4. Arrange bread rounds on baking sheet

5. Broil approximately 2 minutes, until spread begins to brown

Makes 16 – 18 appetizers
